• If flying, we encourage you to book flights now for optimal scheduling. Our welcome reception begins at 6:30 pm ET on Thursday, January 30. We recommend arriving by 4-5 pm ET that day.
• If you qualify for airfare reimbursement, your marketer will contact you with further details.
• If driving, on-site valet parking is available at $60/night. Other self-park decks are located in proximity, though not affiliated with the Omni.
